Bolt Returns
We accept returns for any reason! All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of date received. Only store credit will be given to returned items, NO refunds.
We will provide one free return label per order. We will only provide free return labels for domestic United States returns.
Once items are received, allow 2 business days for processing. Following we will email you a gift card. We cannot guarantee exchanges for various sizes or hold items. If you need a different size we will check our inventory and, if available, we will ship out as soon as possible.
*EXCEPTIONS: We do not accept damaged, worn, or washed items. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
