I filmed this Youtube video about a month ago discussing a few of the ways this pandemic has affected my small business, plus having a lot of questions in my head with what the future of Bolt would look like due to this shut down! Thought I would go ahead and share it here, as well as giving an update: I have grown SO much over this last month. In a weird way it has been really exciting, and I am incredibly grateful to share that Bolt is in a good place! Never have I had such a huge opportunity to sit and learn! Learn how to grow Bolt's online presence. Learn how to be a better marketer. Learn how to invest my time wisely and in a disciplined way. Learn how to foster community. Learn how to trust in the Lord and His timing. Learn how to admit I don't know it all and need help. I realize that I am so so lucky with the place Bolt is at right now, it would be a completely different story if I had employees to pay, or rent on a space to pay. And I am praying continuously for those business owners struggling in those ways. I think it is so valuable to learn how others have been impacted by coronavirus, and how they are handling it! We are not alone in this! We are called to share our burdens, and also help others carry their burdens.
James 1:2-4 says, "Count it all joy, my brothers and sisters, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."
